What is mani War Mode?

I was just wondering what the "war mode" in Mani is and does? Can anyone explain it in detail for me and I'd be glad...

If I don’t wrong,
In war "war mode", you cannot give kicks and bans to anyone even if you are an admin. Of course, you can disable it anytime and than give kicks, bans etc...


Correct me if I wrong…

basically war mode just disables a lot of features, like tk punisment, and slaying, slaping, and stuff. plus what bmx said i'm pretty sure.

That is what i was told...

And war mode is made pretty much specificly for scrims, or "war", hence the name "war mode" lol. its not meant to be on permanently. It stops all sorts of stuff, like it totally disables "ma_rcon" if I remember right.
