sv_downloadurl Problems

So, for no reason apparently, our server refuses to work correctly with our specified sv_downloadurl.

I don't know why the server won't work with it, but if you can offer any advice here, that'd be great. We're running SRCDS on a linux box with Mani Admin.

it just won't work? is it not downloading the files at all? or is it downloading them, just very slow from the game server itself?

make sure you have sv_allowdownload set to 1..

It doesn't appear to be working at all, people who don't have a map download it, but download at like, normal server upload speeds (servers without sv_downloadurls). And yeah, we definetely have sv_allowdownload set to 1.

have you changed the servers map at all? and im assuming you put the cvar in the server.cfg file. is there other things in there that do work?

No, I directly copied the folder using cp in linux, so shouldn't be any different. Yeah the cvar is in server.cfg, and other things such as bot_prefix in the server.cfg work fine.
