You probably shuld'nt run it from the same install. But on one of my servers we're running 2x Srcds, one war and one pubic. Just Copy the files, and then run it as you would do els...

yes you can run 2 servers from all the same files. you can make seperate configs for each one, and you can specify seperate map cycles for each server and everything, from the same srcds.exe.. they will have the same ip, but you can change the port so the servers will run on 2 different ports. you can do that with the -port cmd in the cmd line.. maybe its +port.. i always get it mixed up but with way. just change the port to like 27016, or really any port.

yes, that would work just fine.. having 3 completly different server roots, like srcds1, srcds2 and srcds3 that would probly be the best an easiest to set up. just be sure to assign each server instance a different port with the -port command line flag.
