help with quake sounds mod(resolved)

read me isnt any help i did it as it said but no luck
if sum1 ccould give me step by step instuctions in their words id be really greatfull

quake sounds are easy.. just put the sounds themselves in the sound/quake folder and then put the mani_quake_sounds.cfg file in the servers cfg directory, and add the line "exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg" in your server.cfg file. be sure to restart the server, and then make sure you have the sounds enabled in game client side.

how do i enable sounds?? i did it in mani quake .cfg thing but where else can i??

in game.. type quake into chat, that enables or disables the sounds per player.
