Rate Settings?

Okay, I was just wondering how and what to set my tick/update rate to for my box.

Specs:

2 Intel Xeon 3.2 GHz dual core processors
6 GiGs of Samsung DDR2 RAM
Quadro FX 4000 - 256 MB - PCIx 16
4.6 Mbit Line - 1.2 Mbyte Down, 752 Kb Up average
Running on XP64 Pro.

All Liquid Cooled, so any help?

As for rate settings, i'd try maxrate 8000, minrate 4000 and see what happens.
