Stoping servers with multipul installs

I have multipul srcds installs on a linux box. What im trying to find out is how to stop one of the servers without having to do a killall. I know i can find the pid but all the processes have the same name on them. Im trying to set it up in usermin for users to beable to start and stop their servers when they need it done. If anyone know how to set this up please let me know.

How are you running the multiple servers? From SSH? Using Screen? A gameserver program? What?
