same here installed quickly and didn't have no problems, i also made a custom module to allow me to add, remove admins, modify server.cfg, motd.txt

That is the beauty of this....
If ya follow the principles in the tutorial you can make it pretty much do anything.

As for using usermin I didn't really need to use that as all my webmin modules have been deleted and I also don't use the server for running anything other than games

Has anyone got the start.sh and the stop.sh files from this tutorial? The link is no longer working and I lost the files I was using due to hard drive failure
