CSGO Dedicated server problem - can't join

Hi I download and run server on Linux openSuse 12.3 x64.
All ports for game are open, when I want connect to server via LAN IP or Public IP game client try connect 10 time but no result.
Where is a problem, is it a problem with the server hibernation ?
