Server (game) crashing if singleplayer, so..

Hi all! I have a problem. Recently I've downloaded the old 'Counter-Strike: Source 2004 Beta' & I want to play it so much with friends. I tried launching a server with the "srcds", but it's was a virus. So I've deleted it & copied the latest "srcds.exe" version of my 'Counter-Strike: Source (latest update)'. I created a new shortcut with this command-line:

" C:\Program files\Counter-Strike Source Beta 2004\srcds.exe -game cstrike "

but it's getting an error:

" Launcher Error
Failed to load the launcher DLL:

Can't find the specified module. "


So I tried to start a LAN server using the Singleplayer, but after a friend is joining, my game is crashing: Server shutting down.

Can someone tell me what happens? What can/I need to do? Thx.

PS: Our games are the same version, the same installation directory.

Reinstall your game, and do not try to play a 9 year old version of the game...

I did it, stil not working.. & why don't play it? This users is doing it (recorded on 2011, after the new CS:S update. 7 years of this game & still playing the 1st version): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FVKMyNXUoA

It is no-steam (pirated) version on that video.

Oh! You don't say! It's No-Steam!!! (I already know it.. Steam already haven't this version because of the last CS:S update, I'm not a stupid).. but I still know that this game can be played, LAN or Internet. So I'm asking for a solution to my issue or for a new link for this game-version. So if you have any help (any of that), so comment, but don't tell me that game is 9 years old & there's no servers for it (but you can make a new one with the same version using 'srcds.exe' )..
