lua JIT is disable need to update?

So i was making a gmod server and when i started it the program said "Lua JIT is disabled" then it said i needed to update. I tried using SteamCMD and it still says the same thing. I have no idea what is happening.

my .bats

start.bat
steamcmd.exe +login guy1346 +force_install_dir C:\srcds +app_update 4020 validate +quit

and

run.bat
srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod -port 27015 +map gm_construct +maxplayers 20

You need to open manually the first time because of the SteamGuard.
(or use anonymous login)
You can also set a +runscript, make things easy.
