Srcds won't start even with shorcut

I've been running a few servers for a couple of years now and usually have little to no problem. But as of recently, srcds.exe refuses to start up even with a shorcut.

shorcut: srcds.exe -console -game tf +map ctf_2fort +maxplayers 24

I have redownloaded srcds.exe and even validated it twice, but to no avail. The server won't open.

Help is much appreciated.

I get the same thing now, All i did was try to mount CSS to my GMOD server and now when i open it, it dissapears lightning fast.

Try write the full path, like C:\srcds\server\srcds.exe -console -game tf +map ctf_2fort +maxplayers 24
