[Resolved] Can not connect to my public server
#1
Rolleyes
Hello, I am trying to connect to a server I created in an instance @ amazon.

I successfully created tons of linux instances using the same method, but when it comes to windows server, I can create, update, I can even add bots to the server, but nobody can connect to it.

I use exactly the same config for dns and port fowarding, the same instance size, same hardware Smile

Everytime I try I get the message:
Sending UDP connect to public IP 54.232.148.184:27015
Retrying public(54.232.148.184:27015)

Does anyone knows what I should do?
Thank you!

I can be wrong, but i think you didnt forward any port..
you must put your internal ip there, (not 0.0.0.0)
Probably is 10.252.162.189.

I am sorry @blanquicat, I hadn't seen your answer before.

On amazon servers, if you specify 0.0.0.0/0, means any internal ip.

I missed adding them to the windows firewall. Now it is working fine Smile
Thank you anyways
