Getting SRCDS without downloading game content

[kamild1996]

Hi.
Is it possible to make SRCDS (it's SteamCMD now, right?) working with game content already downloaded by Steam? Game is Team Fortress 2.

Not that I know of. There is no automatic conversion process for servers like there is for clients. You will need to install a fresh tf2 server instance using SteamCMD and then move all of your custom files from your old installation to the new one.

Just to clarify:
SRCDS is the same, however hldsupdatetool is what was replaced by SteamCMD.
