Check out the Metamod:Source & Sourcemod documentations as they explain the installation process better than I can. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask.

I recommend downloading the latest "stable branch" snapshots (Metamod & Sourcemod), as they are updated more frequently than the normal releases.
