Srcds server will not download?

Hello Srcds i get this problem when i try to download srcds to my pc...
Checking bootstrapper version ... And close down?. I have maked a css server before but now i cant make one? why.

If your using the hldsupdate tool you need to use this instead.

Same thing happening with me. First I accidentally downloaded -game "cstrike" that downloaded easily. But when I am trying to download -game "Counter-Strike Source" a window pops up and disappears.
SteamCMD is also not working.(same problem) Please help.

Please see if the instructions I gave to this guy are more clear then the instructions on the valve wiki.

the link you have given here is creating a hope in me as it may be of work in my case as well while playing the counter strike .. I'm much juggled up with the trouble but now have come to a clue at least to get better about how to start well to sort it out efficiently.. thanks to share.

Now this one is good. You're starting to evolve in the spamming world. By using specifics you will be more believable, but that was pretty shot down when you were "much juggled up with the trouble" and "to get better about how to start well to sort out efficiently"
