[RESOLVED] HldsUpdateTool won't update CS:S or TF2

BASIC INFO
Server OS: I don't really know what you mean by "Server OS"... (OS Windows 7 64-bit)
Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Ram: 16GB
Game: Counter-Strike Source
Start Up Command: Haven't gotten that far...

INSTALLING INFO
Full Install Command: C:\srcds\HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds

The Updater shows this:
Checking bootstrapper version ...
Getting version 50 of Steam HLDS Update Tool
Downloading. . . . . . . . . . .
Checking bootstrapper version ...
Updating Installation
Determining which depot(s) to install/update...


When it has come that far, it just quickly shows a list of the games you can use in the Install command I showed above. I can only see the last ones if i screenshot, but even that is difficult since it closes so quickly.
What I have been thinking is that the problem is maybe that "Counter-Strike Souce" doesn't work with the HLDS Upsate Tool because if I try to put for example "cstrike" instead of "Counter-Strike Source" it starts downloading...

Please respond if you know anything that could help me!

Use the SteamCMD update utility for updating Counter-Strike: Source.

EDIT: You can use the user "anonymous" without a password to download CS:S server without a steam account.

Oh man, I hate this CMD closing quickly thing! But I got a screenshot.

When I try to run the steamcmd.exe, the CMD opens and closes quickly again. It says something like "Fatal Error, could not create directory C:\Users\Ïyvind\Desktop\SteamCMD/package"
"Error: Steam needs to be online to update. Please confirm your network connection and try again."

I don't know how I can "confirm" my network connection to steam... I am online on steam and http://www.steampowered.com is not down...

On Windows servers, you may experience "SteamUpdater: Error: Download failed: http error 0", this is usually fixed by checking "Automatically detect settings" in internet option lan settings.
EDIT: this topic is the first thing that pops up when you google this issue

Okay I figured you need to use SteamCMD for Counter-Strike Source and some other games but now I got another problem.
When I try to run the SteamCMD.exe I get this:

I really hope someone who reads my post will know how to solve my problem. Of all the 2000+ people who have read my post, noone seems to know how to solve it :/

EDIT: So I figured out how to solve my problem so for anyone who's got the same problem as me here's how to fix it.
On Google Chrome go to "Options > Proxy Settings > Connections > LAN-Options." There you just tick the box where it says "Identify options automatically."

Maybe some words are wrong in the guide, but I tried the best I could to translate it from Norwegian to English
