[Solved] Problems in installing team fortress 2 dedicated server

i am facing a problem in installing my team fortress 2 dedicate server on steam cmd firstly the app id i tried was 440 then the game files started to download then i uninstalled that and then tried app id 310 nothing got downloaded then i though i should try app id 232250 then the steam cmd said that no subscription (i dont know why)
Can someone give a full tutorial how to install team fortress 2 dedicate server via Steam CMD

Use the username "anonymous" without a password.

For instance:
login anonymous
force_install_dir c:/tf2server
app_update 232250 validate

Would install a TF2 server to c:/tf2server

Somegame types like TF2 require you to use an anonymous account while others like Killing Floor require you to use a registered steam account, but you don't have to own the game.
