alright, then yea. you have a router because it is what has assigned your computer a lan ip of 192.168.0.215.. so you need to figure out what brand it is, by looking at the router itself, or modem (im guessing its combined) and then going to http://portforward.com/routers.htm and finding the brand and model in that list of routers. then it should tell you how to forward the ports on it.

I don't know what is my modem ...... but I'm sur it's a motorola , but I looked at my modem and didn't see one of these motorola routers , but I tried thoses all. I think I may have the SBG1000 , but when I go on http://192.168.100.1 , I've not exactly the same page that if I had http://192.168.1.1 , you can see here http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Motorola/SBG1000/Counter_Strike.htm what there is on http://192.168.1.1 , and my page is like that http://img105.imageshack.us/img105/8320/pageon1921ib.jpg .
You can see there isn't the button "Gateway" like on http://192.168.1.1 , and I've to click on , it's said here http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Motorola/SBG1000/Counter_Strike.htm , but I can't if I've not ............. =(

yea, well they don't appear to have your router on there, im guessing your isp put some special firmware on there or something so that you can't do jack with it. my guess is it would be somewhere in configuration or maybe in addresses, your gonna have to look around for anything that says anything about port forwarding or creating a virtual server.

Another question , when there were more than 4 players on my server , all the players pings but the mine went up to 996 , and I had a connection 1024 Ko . Actually , a friend's srcds can have more than 10 players without big lagg , pings stay under 200 , but my friend has a connection of 512 Ko , so I think it doesn't come from the connection , and I read on another forum it comes from the processor , with intel , the srcds can support more players than with AMD , and I've a AMD Sempron 3000+ 2. Ghz and my friend has a intel something ........... so , is it right ?

no, your cpu should more then easily support more then 4 players, and that 1024 is your download, download doesn't matter with a server. its upload that matters, and your internet connection could have a cap on the upload, which would cause everyones ping to jump just like that.

wait.. im kinda confused, so it used to work? but it doesn't all of a sudden. that doesn't make sense if you didn't change your router or modem or anything, it should still work.

No ...... I used to have only one computer , what was in my parents' room . And now we got another one , what was broken , somebody repaired it . My parents wanted the current computer (what was in their room) to be in my room , and get the repaired one in their room . I've a connection with the cable , with a modem Motorola , and we joined the 2 computers with a cable in order to have the 2 computers connected to the internet . Somebody installed and made some things on the 2 computers for that it functions . So it has functionned since tuesday (last week) , and tuesday night , when we had already the 2 computers with the internet , i remember that i played on my server with a friend , and the ip functionned . Then , wednesday , we wanted to play , but the ip didn't functionned , I tried with my external ip , but it ddin't function . So I uninstalled all my plugins , it didn't function , I downloaded srcds again with steam , did still not function =( .

Now I hope you understand , and I hope you can help me !

And last friday , i changed my connections to 8 Mo , and 256 Ko of upload , I had already 128 Ko . Is it good for my srcds ? Hom many players would I be able to get without pings that go up to 996 ?

with 256 up you should be able to get like 10 people i think.

but anyways, its hard saying, because the router you have i know nothing about. the best i can tell you is try contacting your isp (which im assuming is where the modem/router came from) and ask them for assistance on your specific router.
