I have a problem. Of some reason these errors comes up everytime I try start the server:
I have try'ed delete the full server but that doesn't work. After about 1 -2 server start up's the error comes again. Then I try add -debug to the start command it there aren't being made any file. Well.. there maybe are but I can't find it. Whats the location for it so I can try upload it and show you guys it.

Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
