TF2 server stopped responding

My server suddenly stopped working, and I can't figure out why.
I started with a fresh server file directly from hldsupdatetool, and it still didn't work,

Does the command prompt window provide any additional information while the server is started?

Not really, just the same thing it said before it stopped working

Does the server appear online and just reports "Not Responding" when people try to join, or what?
