Need help starting a Counter Strike Source server on Linux
#1
So I've followed http://dirtyscrimmers.darkbb.com/t810-how-to-setup-counterstrike-source-linux-server this guide, but I keep getting "bash: ./srcds_run: No such file or directory" whenever I input the following: ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +map de_dust +maxplayers 32.
So, I looked it up and found this http://forums.srcds.com/viewpost/104952. Turns out, you need to be in in the orangebox folder. But, I do not have one. I try to update, but it says everything is downloaded. Any ideas?

Delete all files.

Then follow this tutorial by SRCDS: HERE

This is how I fixed my problem. Also are you only using the console of the linux machine or also a GUI?

Alright, I got all the files and everything set up using steamcmd, but how do I actually start the server?
