How do I ban certain items?

Hey, I have a TF2 server and I need to ban certain weapons completely from being used. What is the best way to do this?

As far as I can see, that only enables you to ban certain weapon groups and slots. I need to ban some specific weapons (ones I think are OP )

For example, it enables you to ban all flamethrowers, but maybe I want to ban just one specific flamethrower?

Not sure if a mod like that exist.

But your best bet it looking for a sourcemod or a metamod
