My Dedicated TF2 server is not working good

Hello, I am new here! Firstly my router is Buffalo WCR-GN. I port forwarded 27015 UDP. So, my friends can connect and play in it, but I can't. I tryed connect localhost 127:0:0:1 and with the Public Ip but nothing happens!
And today I got this message - "Your server is out of date. Please update and restart".
So, I was hosting Minecraft and Ace Of Spades servers, so i don't think the problem is in the ports!
Please help!

Uhm ok to start with when ur server has "Your server is out of date. Please update and restart". then it needs to be updated so run the updater my friend ... then it will stop saying that

this -> 127:0:0:1 is not ur ip no will copnnect to that, do you have DMZ if so set that up

You should have an update shortcut.
Find your hldsupdatetool.exe and right click on it,
then make a shortcut.

then put "-command update -game tf -dir "[your directory here]" -verify_all" in target I think.

Run it and it should update.

I stopped the updating and now it's bugged. I think might reinstall it again for 7 hours. And that's not the biggest problem - how to connect to this server?

This tread goes over the ports you'll need to open and making sure that your firewall settings are in line with your router settings.

Guys my router really sucks. There is not a place to make ports like From To.

and remember for your install/server folder does NOT have spaces on them or it wont work
