Forced download files not working

Ok so i have everything set up, so when you join the server you download the files i placed and connect. I verified that it takes the files and places it inside your own gmod dir. It seems to have no effect on the models except one of them went from an error to a black and purple pattern, but you can see how the model looks but no color. Gladly appreciate anyone who spends time to read this and help .

Also a side note, I have added other models onto the server that i cant see perfectly fine but that is because i've downloaded the model from another server before hand.
