Hello, I Have created a garrysmod13 server with and everything is going good 
But... My Server is not showing up on the Master Server List & When my friends try to join they get an error saying that the server is not responding!

Start Up Command: srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct +maxplayers 24
Admin Mods: ULX
