Updating CS:GO

Hey it's me again.

All of my friends wanted to play CS:GO instead of TF2, so I needed to make Fusible Plug work with SteamCMD. Basically, I rewrote the program an from scratch d wrote a detailed documentation and deployment guide (which is why the zip jumped from 10kb to 250kb).

Please feel free to use it and let me know what you like or don't like about it. I'll be more than happy to fix it or add most any feature which is asked for.

Also, if there's a better way to do this or this was written in vain, let me know as well.

Got some of the kinks worked out, it seems to be working without a problem.

Again, there's a deployment guide (.pdf) and a change log (.txt) with the actual PS file.
