ULX Doesn't Work

I have a fully set up DarkRP server, but i do not know how to get ULX working with it. i have downloaded the ULX and ULib files into my addons folder under srcds/orangebox/garrysmod/addons but ULX still does not operate on my server.
Help would be great.

Nevermind, I found out that i was using the wrong link on tortoiseSVN and i now have it working. But i don't know how to remove this post... so... if someone could tell me that then that would be nice.
