Server's cvars

Hi
I found my server (24/7) in game-monitor database. And here are stored server's cvars with values.
1. How they got these cvars?
2. It is possible to protect these cvars?
3. Sometimes cvars are needed to debug. This is possible to easy get txt file with cvars (and values) that started at for example sv_ (access by SSH, RCON and FTP) ?

But in which plugin? Or in core? I see smac_cvars.smx description and looks like this isnt what i want.

block the ips from monitor database to don't show your server there !

you use firewall on your server ?? or just you have open the ports.. to your rooter and thats it ?
