Server protocol older than client, please help

Processor: idk, since i am not the admin, just managing the server

Hello guys,
when i try to get on my server i get "the server protocol is older than your client's" or something like that.
I tryed updating it many times with no sucessfull outcome.

Please help me, i am desperade, no one on alliedmodders answers
