Looking for expert server admin

I need someone who can do the following:

-Setup multiple server instances on one machine (tf2, 1.6 and source)
-Using rcon setup a custom scrim (making sure all old vars are overwritten) on a remote system
-record stats from that match

I am highly technical but I need someone who can implement these specific things. There is payment involved, either up front or on an on going basis.
