CS:S srcds not opening with addons.

Hello. I just got my dedicated server working (srcds), it opens and runs perfectly, I installed some add ons to it then it won't open anymore. I've tryed .bat version but it just spams and nothing happens. When I disable my addons folder (_addons) it opens normally. What is wrong?

I am using this command to open it from Windows > Run > c:\srcds\css\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust2 -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate

hello whitch os do you run?
i have same problem in windows 8 :/ but transferd the hole server in windows xp works perfect!
and emulated windows 7 works there to :/ so i think maybe its w8 that is wrong
