Segmentation fault

Server OS: Specific version. ex: Debian 6.03 64 Bit
Processor: Xeon E3 1230v2 4 Cores 3.3GHz HT on
Ram: 8GB ECC Registered
Game(s): Garry's Mod, TF2 (probably every other source game)

Admin Mods: SourceMod (TF2), MetaMod Source (TF2), ULX (Garry's Mod)

My issue is i get a segmentation error once i start running more than one server

If i run just the TF2 or GMOD server alone i get no segmentation errors

but if i run more than one at once i get a segmentation error unless i do -verify_all
