RAM: 4 GB + 2 GB VSwap
IPv4: 1
Debian 6 squeeze 32bit (or mb i should go 64 ?)

Will that be able to run 2xSCRDS @ 128TR, each one 22slots(2 of them reserved)

EDIT:

HLSTATSX, SOURCEBANS and FORUM on other machine

Don't. It is a VPS, it will lag like hell.

I got test drive on it. Running 2x SRCDS CS:Go and 1x CS 1.6, 2 servers filled with bots (CS:GO) ping on each server 10ms.
With SourceBans and HLstatsX in background.

its 100Mbit connection symmetric, tested download speed few times a day in rush hours, resources as well, download was always around 8-9M/s

you can easily run your 2x servers without major problems... also .. i have create my server with

VPS , 1CPU , 512 RAM + 512 VSWAP , 1 TB BANDWIDTH , 50 GB HDD

and server runs perfect 10 slots.. with max ping of each player 30 and minimum ping 5
