Gmod 13 dedicated server help

I am trying to start up my gmod server and I keep getting this in my debug.log file. Not sure where to look to try to fix this. Any advice is appreciated.

Server info:
OS: Ubuntu 12.04 Server
CPU: Intel Xenon 3.2 GHz Quad Core
RAM: 8GB

Those files never seem to update...

I have included a better debug.log file.

It looks like it has to with something with my 32 bit libraries. Can someone confirm?

I don't know whether it's related to your issue, but have you installed the package 'ia32-libs'? If not, install using aptitude.

Installed and up-to-date
