Many Errors. Fresh Install

I am using Windows 7 x64.

I used srcds to start a Garry's Mod server and the console is flooded with errors but the server works. I see a lot of

"SOLID_VPHYSICS static prop with no vphysics model (models/props_foliage_tree_deciduous_card_01_skybox.mdl)"

There is also props_buildings errors...

Can someone help me step by step (I am noob)?

How do I fix this?

That's just garry being lazy and not coding things right. Ignore them.
