Entry Point Not Found (much more detail within)
#1
When I run my server, I first get a popup with the title "srcds.exe - Entry Point Not Found" and a body that reads "The procedure entry point SteamAPI_WriteMiniDump could not be located in the dynamic link library steam_api.dll."

.gif   FirstError.gif (Size: 16.15 KB / Downloads: 14)
After I press ok, another popup follows immediately follows with a title of "Launcher Error" and a body that reads "Failed to load the launcher Dll: The specified procedure could not be found."

.gif   SecondError.gif (Size: 7.42 KB / Downloads: 10)
After that, it's over. All I'm left with is an elevated pulse and the nagging urge to hit something. Now for the specs.

Server OS: Windows 7 64 bit (professional? shouldn't matter)
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE (4 cores at 3.4 Ghz)
RAM: 6 GB
Start Up Command: srcds.exe -console -game "cstrike" -maxplayers 2 -autoupdate +map cs_747 -verify_all
Admin Mods: Mani running with MetaMod
Full Install Command: hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir .

I don't think it's necessary to post my hardware but I know it isn't necessary to post my Network stats. If for some reason that turns out to be valid, just let me know.

I have researched this topic well already. I have already replaced the dll's that are commonly recommended, (steamclient.dll, tier0_s.dll, and vstdlib_s.dll) I have closed steam, (I am using the non-steam srcds) and I've tried "-verify_all" among other things. This appeared a few months ago and I just deleted my server out of frustration. Now I'm back and getting the same error. I am running Windows and Steam split between and HDD and an SSD but I don't feel as if that's the issue. I moved the server to the SSD so all the files were in the same place but the problem persisted. Halp!

Normaly these errors are caused by out of date addons and such.

Have you tried to rename your addon folder (To disable it) and see what happens?
