[Solved] The Best way to do Bots in TF2

I was doing some research on having bots on my server and I came up against some contradictory info. So I figured the best thing to do would be to turn to you experts on srcds.com.

Here's what I want:

I have a server for my Vavlue group/clan, but my clan is pretty tiny. I'd like to have the server running all the time and have some bots in there that will log off as people log on. And I want it to be the kind of bots that don't require cheats to be enabled so that people can earn achievements.

What's the best way to set that up?

Looks like surfing around the net tells me that most people hate these kinds of servers so, nevermind.
