[TF2] Internet dissconnects if I load TF2 and SRCDS

Hi.

I have been using SRCDS on TF2 for a while. I most recently port forwarded on my Windows XP computer since my server was originally ran at my dad's house using Windows 7.

On my Windows XP computer, when I load up SRCDS before TF2 loads and when I connect to it, sometimes my internet disconnects from my computer and I need to restart the computer in order to get the internet back.

Infomation:

Server OS: Windows XP Starter Pack 3 32-bit
Processor: Intel® Pentium® D CPU 2.80GHz
Ram: 1 GB
Game(s): Team Fortress 2, but the problem may go out to other games.
Start Up Command: Multiple, but here's the command from my tf2_run.bat:

Sounds like a driver issue or perhaps a faulty switch/router at your house. Try to run the server on your main pc and attempt to replicate the error.

My main PC is the only one that has this problem. I use a router adapter on it, the Netgear WRG111.
