CS:S Mouseover name problem

A while ago i noticed while playing CS:S that nameplates arent shown, for some reason when i hold my crosshair over either an enemy or frendly player, the name isnt shown! What can i do to fix this problem? It's really annoying when i play with friends, help meee!

Set one of these in your server.cfg
In this case set it to 0.

Thanks but where can i find the Server.cfg? It's not in the normail config folder xP
