Says server is Internet (SV 1) but doesn't show in listings
#1
Ok so when I host my server it says that it is Sv_pure 1 (Internt), it shows up on my host pc under lan like it should, but doesn't come up (on different pc) under the server browser. And if i plug the 2nd pc in using an Ethernet cable the server does show up under lan.
If you could please tell me what I could possibly be doing wrong I would like to thank you in advance.
Here is what my srcds shows when I start my server minus the logs

A little more information
Unknown command "mp_autoteambalance_warning_delay" I got rid of this
To test things on the pc running the server i joined the server (it works on this PC it always has)
then from a separate pc i am not able to find the sever in the server browser, but since I"m friends with myself i tried to join the game.
It says that the server is not responding but does give me the name, Ip Address, and game name
trying to try different things

did u port forward? in addition "sv_pure 1" does nothing for internet.

you need "sv_lan 0" for internet

Can you write your command line for us? Most of my own issues with having server not shown on browser was simply because I made a mistake in command line.

sure, here is what I want you to do:

1. replace your command line with-> -console -game tf +hostport <port> +ip <internal IP> +maxplayers <maxplayers up to 32> +map <mapname excluding the .bsp extension> -verify_all

2. make sure that you have-> "sv_lan 0" in your server.cfg. For now on if you get a new command, place it in the server.cfg, unless specifically noted otherwise.

3. as a side note, I personally recommend leaving the server on "sv_pure 0" but just so you know "sv_pure 1" prohibits people from using simple things like skin mods... basically "sv_pure <1-2>" command changes the strictness of the server to impose consistency with NON-CRUCIAL files such as skin mods or custom sounds.

4. Add me on steam: http://steamcommunity.com/id/legendddhgf/ or message me on SRCDS for any further questions.

5. Good Luck!
