Garry's Mod SRCDS server closes on start

My srcds server used to work, but now after 3 months and not updating, I updated it again and when it starts, there's a console window that displays some text and closes in about .75 seconds. I managed to get this screenshot of it:


-Server OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

-Processor: AMD A8-3820 APU Quad Core
Processor clock speed: 2.50 GHz
Not hyperthreaded

-Memory: 8 GB RAM

-Game: Garry's Mod (Updated to GMod 13(latest version))

-Start up command:
@echo off
cd c:\srcds\orangebox
echo Starting game server.
echo Beginning "Garry's Mod"
srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct +maxplayers 16 -ip 0.0.0.0
echo "Garry's Mod" has now started.

-Admin Mod: ULX with ULib (outdated)

-Install Command: Start hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game "garrysmod" -dir C:\srcds -retry

Did you try updating your server since Garry's Mod 13 is now out. You also might want to back up all your config files then do a fresh install. Due to the recent update there are a lot of problems and addons broken.

Yes, I had updated it right before getting this error and posting the OP:

Fresh install of srcds folder of garry's mod folder(s)? If gmod folders, which one(s)?

I'm talking about removing the garry's mod server folder inside the orange box folder then running the install command again.
