Anyway, I have a dedicated server. I followed the steps that a professional Dedicated server operator gave to me. Me, and everyone else using my Wi-Fi network can connect just fine, but others can't. I fowarded all ports, 27000-27050, 27000-27020, 27020-27050, 27050-27062, etc. I have no idea what the issue is. I made shortcut to srcds, blah blah, etc. etc.
