Can't get my server online

Hello! I have set up my HLDS server correctly, but it won't get online. i tried opening my ports on my router, like this: http://i.imgur.com/mo0ni.png
i changed my tcp/udp the 1200 port to UDP.

Still can't get it online. any help?
i can connect to it via Lan

The port forwarding looks fine. What is your start up command line to launch the server?

What are the contents of your server configuration? Go into your cstrike/cfg folder and open up your server.cfg. See if you have the command "sv_lan 0", without quotes, in the file.

You can try either one of these start up commad lines;

When i try the -game cstrike -console +ip yourip here -port 27015 +map de_dust2 +maxplayers 32 -autoupdate i get an error: Couldn't allocate any server IP port. Tried -ip but didnt work that either.

My config is correct, double checked it
