mani plugin not loading TF2 [RESOLVED]

i have an intel I3 2.3 ghz with 6gb ram and no graphics card
the rest is real standard
in game tf2
my problem is that when i start my server i have a problem with a .dll called dynamic link library tier0.dll
idk what the problem is it gives a notification and then it starts the server
sourcemod is updated
sdkhooks is another side problem
and i have the latest mani plugin 2_22_13c which is for csgo update
help please? :3

Nobody is really going to debug your addons problem. Especially when nobody knows anything about your setup.

the server works fine without mani on the server. i copyed all the things into the tf folder and made a vdf file in the addons folder. should i include more info? the server has everything else installed correctly ive only included a few plugins nothing serious. idk what else to say about the setup
