How to create TF2 Coop Dedicated server

Hello,
I hope this would be the right main thread.
I have an debian based root server. Everything is fine, it´s working the hlds update tool is running and it runs. I want to make a fast respawn setting but thats not my Problem now.
The new Gamemode in TF MvM is very full. So i want to create an own server with the new Gamemode. But I let google working hard and don´t find anything how to set the settings for my server.
Must I only set the new map as start map and change the map rotation?
or ist there much more to do.
First I think i will update everythink (done)
can anyone tell me how to do this?

From what I read, you set the server maxplayers to 32 and set the map to any manvsmachine maps.
