CS:GO server engine error?

Alright I installed CS:GO on my box and I keep getting this Engine Error message saying that I'm missing models when I'm not. I've installed everything fine using the new steamcmd thing were I login and do the app_update 740 validate stuff. I followed all the instructions word for word and I'm getting these weird errors.

Anyone know a fix for this?

I would say delete it all(or models) and reinstall it

I've done this plenty of times on the Windows 2008 server and it never worked, so I just went to Windows Server 2003.
