CS:GO - Bans don't save?

Hi all,

Can any server owners confirm that bans reset after a server restart?

These commands are executed,

writeid
writeip
exec banned_user.cfg
exec banned_ip.cfg

then when the server starts up it clears the files?

check chmod of banned_user.cfg and banned_ip.cfg
