Setting up gMod Server Permissions

Hello,
I'm new-ish setting up SRCDS servers, and my question is, what's mod do you use to set up groups with certain server permissions on a GMod Server, prop permissions etc.
If someone could just give me a name, I should be able to work out how to set it up
I'm doing this on a DarkRP server if that helps.

The problem with all the Lua admin tools made for Gmod is they all break nearly every time an update is released and it can take weeks before they're updated. That's why i use Sourcemod. While it's not officially compatible with Garrys Mod (no fancy menu's, etc.), it never breaks with a Garrys Mod update.
