max_dxlevel error, shuting down filesystem?

When I launch my SRCDS Garry'smod server i get this error:
ConVarRef mat_dxlevel doesn't point to an existing ConVar
And says some other stuff but it closes to fast for me to read it was hard enough reading the first line.

This file is under srcds/orangebox/garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg
and it IS a .cfg file

... And yet it still dosen't work and thats 3 days of rage

I looked more closely at it and I *think* this is the full error:
Console initialized.
ConVarRef max_dxlevel doesn't point to an existing ConVar
Missing shutdown function for COM_InitFilesystem( info.m_pInitialMod ) : COM_ShutdownFileSystem()


After that the box just dissapears in a split second
