Players cannot connect to server

Hello SRCDS Forums.
This is a common issue but i don't seem to be able to fix it, players can't seem to connect to my CS:S server. I can connect from my main computer.
Both the server and my main computer is LAN connected to our router.

Windows XP 32 bit (SP3)

Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU T5250 @ 1.50GHz
Ram:

Game(s)
Counter-Strike: Source Server only.
Start Up Command:
-console -game cstrike -ip 192.168.1.35 -port 27015 -maxplayers 11 -tickrate 100 +map de_dust2
Admin Mods:
None only intalled mods are zBlock and ESL Plugin

Full Install Command:
HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir .

Try -ip 0.0.0.0 in the startup line instead of the one you currently have.

And port-forward 27015 to 27015 and 27016 to 27016.

And try adding -hostport 27015 along with -port.

Thanks, i'm pretty sure what you told me to do would work.
But i fixed it by removing the -ip part and editing the portforwards alittle bit.

Im glad that you found out why. The IP ( -ip 192.168.1.35 ) was on so it's ment LAN meaning only you can play. If you removed only that it should work perfectly.
